Refund policy

Please make your selection carefully, as we do not allow refunds or exchanges for change of mind on products purchased online. At Mercilona, we take great care in packing our products with love, minimizing the chances of damage during transportation or defective items. However, if an unfortunate event of this nature occurs, please contact us at mercilonabcn@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience caused.

• The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• The product(s) must be in new condition, meaning unused, undamaged, unstained, and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags.
• Please email us at mercilonabcn@gmail.com with your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return, and request for replacement.
• All transportation costs for returns and exchange deliveries (excluding defective products) will be the responsibility of the customer. Mercilona is not liable for any lost or damaged products during transportation.
