Shipping policy

The delivery times are as follows:

National (Spain): 1-5 business days.
European Union: 5-10 business days.
Outside the European Union: 7-21 business days.

Items purchased from Mercilona's online store are shipped via express courier. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you are located outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for paying any local customs duties.

Shipping costs: The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase.
